Custom Designed Workout Plan




Completely custom designed plan – just let me know what equipment you have available! Includes written plan based on your equipment (if any- not required) and your fitness goals. You’ll also receive a video log, also custom designed with my demonstrations of each exercise on your plan! This plan can be used as your workout guide for as long as you want. You will get an entire 5 day plan which covers every muscle group, with everything specified including sets, reps and recommendations on weight. I recommend using this plan each week for at least 6 weeks before ordering a new plan however you can use this plan for a year or longer!
