HLM Fitness was built on more than just workouts - it was built on transformation.
Heather is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the founder of HLM Fitness, a private women’s strength training studio in New York’s Capital Region. With over a decade of experience, she has helped hundreds of women build strength, confidence, and lasting results through a structured, personalized approach to training and nutrition.
But her journey didn’t start in a gym.
In 2012, Heather made the decision to completely change her life. After struggling with addiction, she found strength training - and everything shifted. What started as a way to rebuild her health became a foundation for discipline, consistency, and self-respect.
Fitness didn’t just change her body - it gave her structure, purpose, and a new direction.
That experience is at the core of everything she does today.
Heather understands that transformation isn’t just physical. It’s mental. It’s emotional. It’s about showing up for yourself, even when it’s hard - and learning how to build a life you’re proud of.
At HLM Fitness, she has created a space specifically for women - a place that is welcoming, supportive, and focused on real results. Whether a client is brand new to fitness or more advanced, Heather’s approach is rooted in education, structure, and accountability.
