After filling out questionnaire, Heather will be able to calculate client’s custom macros and create meal plans based on the client’s specific macro numbers. Client receives custom calculated macros and accompanying meal plan for a total of 12 weeks. First plan is for weeks 1-4 with multiple options for each meal. Second plan is for weeks 5-8, and so on for a total of 12 weeks. Meal plans are detailed and include simple and easy to make recipes that also taste great!. Each plan includes multiple options for protein, fruits, veggies and carbs to make sure the client can adjust to their liking. Each plan also allows for two daily snacks! This program was designed in a way that keeps blood sugar levels regulated and steady throughout the day and also to speed up the metabolism over time. Clients have lost over 25 pounds in 3 months when following this plan!
