 All custom products must be executed within 3 months of purchase. Client must provide necessary order requirements after purchase including questionnaires etc.  within 3 months. Client hereby releases, waives and discharges Heather Matthews, and HLM Fitness from all liability related to injuries or accidents to myself which may occur as a result of participation in the training program, nutrition program, competition program or use of HLM Fitness waist trainer. Client assumes all risks connected therewith and consent to participate in the training program.
